Google Analytics
This website uses the web statistics analysis tool Google (Universal) Analytics from Google Inc. (www.google.pl). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods to analyze your use of the website, such as cookies, which are text files stored on your computer. The information generated in this way regarding your visit to this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address is truncated by Google before it is transmitted within the member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional situations is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address sent by the user's browser as part of the Google Analytics service is not combined with other Google data. The user can avoid transferring the data generated by the cookie relating to his/her use of the website (including the IP address) to Google and processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following address: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl. Alternatively, you can also click this link to avoid future data recording by Google Analytics on this website. An opt-out cookie is then stored on the user's device. After deleting the cookies, click on the link again.
§10
Application of Social Plugin
The Social Plugins is a technology that allows you as a user to disclose certain content about the direct connection of a participant in a social network.
This function allows you to connect to facebook.com, and put on your profile as an attachment from our Newsletter. The SWYN function does not use Java script or iFrames to be able to obtain information through Facebook about your identification, such as the Facebook Like button. On the one hand, when you click on the SWYN button on Facebook, the SWYN function redirects to the data posted on Facebook. On the other hand, in this way, in addition to the information (URL image, description texts, Landingpage links), the encoded ID is also transferred. With this encoding, Facebook cannot identify the user in any way. In order to access the desired information after clicking on the SWYN button on Facebook, you need to log in with your access data. You can also make changes to the content before accepting the final version. Only then is your profile information attached and made available to third parties.
The Plugins offered in the holdsworld.com blog preview function in a similar way: the Facebook share button (Share | Share). The plugins are used to transfer, by clicking by the user, the IP address of the last page displayed on the user's browser (Facebook) to the provider. In addition, the blog article information is also transferred. We do not transfer personal information that you provide on holdsworld.com or that you have saved on Facebook.
§11
Update
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice by posting the revised version on our website holdsworld.com. The new wording of this policy is effective upon posting on our website.
