Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unambiguous manner (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

You may, but are not required to, use the sample withdrawal form.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days after delivery of the goods).

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel your order, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the goods (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are notified of your decision to exercise your right to cancel this contract. We will refund the amount paid by the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event you will not be charged any fees in connection with such refund.
